I’m going to the gym today. Need to work out and feel more energized. I need to be healthier so I’m gonna drink water only every day for a while (except the juices I need to finish in my fridge). No more caffeine, teas, sodas or even alcohol. I want to do a system cleanse because I’m having constipation issues and gaining fat layers and it’s all causing me nausea and pains. I don’t want all that anymore. Calling 911 and seeing my coworker in pain, some of my happy experiences with the family this weekend and catching up with an old friend helped me to realize I need to take back control of my life - this control that I’ve lost over the past few years. What’s a good goal for water consumption every day? What is your experience with a life-changing emergency situation like having to call 911?
