The Cultured Wanderer

This is OLD sake. I received it as a gift from a Japanese friend around three years ago. It’s brewed in Niigata, Japan. I probably shouldn’t have kept drinking it three years on but I did. Good to the last drop!

Cap: Niigata Sake, a different kind of delicious! Alcohol content 15.5%; brewed from rice.

Bottle: Hakkaisan (the name) along with a lot of other things like the “drink by” date which appears to be May 2009. 笑
